Gas burner controls LME… Burner controls for the supervision of 1- or 2-stage gas burners or gas burners of small to medium capacity, with or without fan in intermittent operation. The LME… and this Data Sheet are intended for use by OEMs which integrate the burner controls in their products.
USE:-
• LME are used for the startup and supervision of 1- or 2-stage gas burners or gas burners in intermittent operation. Flame supervision takes place via an ionization probe or a QRA flame detector with AGQ3.xA27 ancillary unit for forced draft gas burners, or, in the case of blue-burning flames, with a QRC blue-flame detector. In terms of housing dimensions, the LME… are identical with the burner control LGB… and LMG… burner controls (refer to Type summary).
• Applications in accordance with EN 676: Automatic forced draft burners for gaseous fuels.
• Type-tested and approved in accordance with DIN EN 298.
FEATURES:-
• Undervoltage detection.
• Air pressure supervision with functional check of the air pressure. switch during startup and operation.
• Electrical remote reset facility.
• Multicolor indication of fault status and operational status messages.
• Limitation of the number of repetitions.
• Accurate control sequence thanks to digital signal handling.
• Controlled intermittent operation after a maximum 24 hours of continuous operation.


Burner controls:
• For gas, oil or dual-fuel forced draft burners of medium to high capacity.
• For multistage or modulating burners in intermittent operation.
• With checked air damper control.
• Flame supervision – with UV detectors QRA2 / QRA4 / QRA10 – and ionization probe The LFL1… and this Data Sheet are intended for use by OEMs which integrate the burner controls in their products.

DESCRIPTION:
Photo resistive detectors for use with Siemens burner controls, for the supervision of oil flames in the visible light spectrum. The QRB… are used primarily in connection with oil burner controls in intermittent operation.
SPECIFICATIONS:
• Complete reference: QRB1A-A048B70B, QRB1B-A033B40B, QRB1B-A048B40B, QRB1B-A048B70B, QRB1B-A068B70B.
• With soft plastic plug.
• For mounting this type of detector on the burner, all that is required is a hole with a lateral groove.
• The sealing and securing ribs of the soft plastic plug hold the detector firmly in the hole.
• Degree of protection: IP40.
• Temperature range: -20…+60ºC.
• Burner controllers: LAL…, LME7…, LMO…, LMV…, LOA…

-QRA2
DESCRIPTION:
Ultraviolet Flame Detector QRA2(1), QRA2M(1), QRA2.9 for supervision of gas flames, yellow or blue oilflames and for ignition spark proving.
OPERATION:
When the UV radiation of the flame in the position of the detector is high enough, the detector is activated during each half wave, giving a signal current.
SPECIFICATIONS:
• Metallized plastic housing to prevent static discharge caused by air circulation fan.
• For direct mounting on the burner.
• Interment use.
• IP40 protection.
• Temperature Range: -20 to 60 ° C.

-QRB3(1)
DESCRIPTION:

• Without soft plastic plug.
• The detector is supplied with a metal protective tube having an external diameter of 17 mm.
• This type of detector is always secured with a flange and a clamp
• Degree of protection: IP40.
• Temperature range: -20…+60ºC.
